Crackle Design

Welcome to November everyone. Halloween has passed and I have created a new design using chin glaze crackle polish black mesh. First I used a base coat followed by the color polish by kleancolors called mystic grass. It is a teal/turquoise kind of color and I really like it, plus turquoise is pretty popular in nail polish right now. Over top of the main color I used one layer of the crackle polish followed by china glaze fairy dust which gives it a really nice shimmer. The fairy dust also has hardeners in it! I finished the design with beauty secrets high gloss top coat. You can get these items (excluding the mystic grass by kleancolors) at sally's beauty supply. A great substitute for this color would be "for audrey" by china glaze. Hope you enjoy this design. It is quick, easy, and affordable :) See you soon -e

Fall Wedding Nail Desgin

Happy Fall everyone! Hope everyone is enjoying the most beautiful time of year when the world prepares itself to slumber under of blankets of snow. I love the fall so much and I got married in October myself and my cousin got married today and I was a bridesmaid so I made a neat design for the wedding today inspired by the outdoor fall theme.

First I used a base coat by sinful colors from walgreens for $1.99 and the base coat is 'hot for chocolate' by revlon. I ordered a bundle pack of nail polish on amazon.com by kleancolors nail polish and used gold bright 47 for the design. I used konad nail art stamper for the design and the stencil number BM04 for the leaves on the thumb and other fingers. I used BM19 for the ring fingers. I finished it off with beauty secrets nail hardener top coat that was purchased at sally's beauty supply. The konad stamp art set it so easy to use and you can get a lot for your buck from amazon.com using bundle monster. I hope this was helpful for everyone and have a great fall. I will have pics of some halloween ideas up later this week! Thanks, and hope you enjoy. -e

A couple of new nail designs this week (nothing special.)

So I decided to try a couple of new nail art techniques. I am new at this and decided to post my art discovery journey as a blog. I did a harvest/halloween design just playing around with my new konad stamp art kit that I got. I am trying to figure out a design to wear at my cousin's wedding at the end of the month.

As you can see some of the stamps are over lapped and kinda messy. This was my first time and just trying to have some fun with it. I did this design earlier in the week and I had some nails starting to chip, so I did a black and pink dot/line style also my first attempt.

Not the best in the world but it was fun! Hopefully I will have some really neat ideas and more creative art to put up soon. Thanks for the views and have a great week. P.S. Comment on what you like best and any ideas that you might have or questions. -e
